There has been an extreme issue with subsidence on this road causing severe tears in the road for well over a year now.
The tears in the road at that bad they have damaged my NEW tires - ripping/shredding them.
The only way to avoid driving along the tears is to straddle the middle lane - which is an accident waiting to happen, or to drive right on the verge. However, doing this causes damage to the bottom of my car!! I do not have the money to keep paying out to get my car repaired when I pay road tax for road repairs to be completed in a timely manner - or are you waiting for an actual car crash to take place before you fix this stretch of road?!
And by fix this stretch of road, I don't mean bodge it with patches of tarmac. I mean reinforce the banks along the canal to stop this from happening again in the future, then retarmac.
