On way out of wragby to Lincoln near the bungalows and outbuildings on opposite side of the road

When it rains really bad most of the road floods coming from the side of the road from the overgrown trees hedges etc. ‘flood’ warning signs appeared on both sides of the roads the other week but if you don’t know the area and most of the road is flooded this will cause an accident. It’s rained bad past few nights and found need to slow down in advance to drive on other side of road to get past the flooded area. The water disappears a few days later no idea where but soon appears again if it rains again. This section of this road has been like this for a good year and seems to be getting worse so needs looking at asap otherwise an accident will happen especially if you don’t know the area and flood is there!
