Investigating
Outside River View, Haltham
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861005.
Drain blocked when laying fibre cable. Reported to Openreach but they said drain has tarmac over it. Don't think they dug far enough to find it. Water used to run under road to a dyke but now floods over the centre of road. Photos taken after recent rain had ceased.
