Flooding at crossroads at manby/grimoldby

There is clearly an ongoing issue with standing water at these crossroads. On numerous occasions, even with only a slight rainfall, there is a huge accumulation of water at both side of the junction. Today, the pedestrian crossing (vital to the nearby primary school) is inaccessible due to deep standing water reaching across half the road.

  • Standing water on pedestrian crossing. Unsafe to use especially during school start and finishing times. Too deep for children to walk through, over shoe tops. Also when cars travel through water lots of splash back created.
