No pavement on one side of to road. Other side inaccessible
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Road/Pavement) category anonymously at 15:44, Wed 12 November 2025
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861235.
There is no access to a pavement on the woodvale rise side of the road. To get on to the pavement on the other side of the road, you have to cross the busy road with limited visibility and go up some steps in the bank. This means that town becomes inaccessible for anyone with a buggy or wheelchair as there’s no accessible pavement. As a parent if I want to take my baby in a pushchair in to town I have to cross the road, turn the pushchair round into the road and bump it up the steps backwards, whilst hoping no one comes down the road, it’s incredibly dangerous.

At this time Lincolnshire County Council won't be installing a crossing. Lincolnshire County Council may revisit this once the development is at a stage of completion as traffic surveys would be more representative of any potential value than they would be as it stands now. Thank you for reporting this matter.
