Customer wishes to report remnants of a post or bollard in the ground and make a claim. 'The Claimant and her husband were on a walk. They used the public footpath near Winthorpe running from Roman Bank through North Shore Golf Course to the beach. The majority of the path is slab paving but near the sea, the slabs are covered in sand. The Claimant was ahead of her husband as the path was quite narrow, when she tripped and fell forwards due to the remnants of a post or bollard in the ground; landing head first on the path., sustaining a fracture to her left arm near her elbow.
