Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861527.
Despite repeated attempts to inform the Highways that there is a problem with drainage the problem still happens every time it rain the road floods. This has been reported several times now and there must be a blockage that doesn't allow surface water to drain at all. The drain is moreorless permanently full even in drier spells. Once it rises over the camber then it runs into West End contributing to the issues that exist down there.
