Someone has been out and said they have sorted it temporary, they said something about the drain having collapsed or something, this is now flooded again, ive had a report saying its completed but it isn't, still no further on with it

Thanks for letting us know about your issue with a blocked drain.
We have experienced a large amount of rainfall in a short period of time. We are prioritising reports where the flooding poses a risk to life or a significant risk of internal flooding.
In times of extremely heavy rain drains can become overwhelmed and at the moment roadside drains may not be able to drain away due to watercourses being full and backing up.

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.
