Just up the road from 130/132 west end road feampton
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861883.
Looks like a car has gone on the verge to move over and tipped the lid in. Iwalk this road with my dog at night lucky just saw it with my torch could have been very dangerous. People not aware at night not good at all Been like this about 2/3 weeks now.
