Metal railings/signs etc need removing.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861946.

Not sure if these have been left by yourselves or the hospital but these anti parking measures, metals railings, temp no parking signs left on the grass need to be collected and more permanent anti marking measura installed. These are an eyesore and a hazard as they are not fixed.
