Newfield road just before it turns to spring gardens

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861980.

Huge lorry in the middle of the road doing what looks like drain works. Having to mount pavement to get round. Saw a disabled lady struggling to get round in her wheelchair. Also. I have very sick neighbours and if she needs an ambulance today they won't be able to get to her, same if we require the fire service. Very rude workmen telling us to get on with it.
