Sandbag from Remembrance Event on Pavement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2861991.

A sandbag (holding a sign up) hasnt been collected after the Remembrance Event at the cenotaph ended. It is now sitting in the middle of the footpath near the Parish Church wall on Fawcett Street. Could you collect, as someone is going to trip over it, please?
