Debris washed up and left in road. Dangerous skid hazard

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Generic auto response. It hasn't deteriorated, debris has washed up there. Cleanse required before someone skids on it and injures themselves or worse. I imagine now you've denied a fault is present you will be held liable for any damage / injury.
