Action scheduled
Outside number 39 Shannon avenue Lincoln LN6 7JG
Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 13:18, Tue 18 November 2025
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2862018.
The tree outside 39 Shannon Avenue has roots that have clearly pulled up the pavement and the drive of 39 Shannon Avenue. The pavement is extremely uneven because of this, it has spilt the pavement with very jagged edges. The resident of 39 Shannon Avenue is disabled and uses a wheelchair and struggles to get out of the property via there own driveway. There is a local resident who is blind and could very easily trip or fall on the spilt in the pavement and the damage the roots have caused to the driveway of 39 Shannon avenue is likely to cause damage to the cars accessing the drive of the property. The fence boundary has also been damaged from the roots of the tree.
