Scaffolding too close to the carriageway

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2862154.

There is scaffolding against the side of the manor house, supporting a chimney stack. It is dangerously close to the carriageway edge and has no protection or reflective measures to prevent a collision.
