Why hasn't this drain been cleaned when it was reported in March 2023 (fixmystreet proves this report) yet you've ignored it, why?

You haven't cleaned it since March 2023 (more than likely a long time before) why? And why does it take several reports for you to admit a fault. When will it be cleaned? Please state a date.
