Blocked drain causing flooding across one third of the road leading to vehicles crossing to the wrong side of the road thus being put in danger of being hit by vehicles coming from the other direction around a blind bend. This coupled with the flooding that occurs further around the bend where Station Road and High Street join, and after heavy rain that flooding covers more than half the road, a problem that has been ongoing for some years and you have failed to fix.
