  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that we have been investigating the ownership of the dyke and the blocked pipes at this location. Following discussions with our Legal Department, we have confirmed that these assets are riparian-owned, meaning the adjacent landowner is responsible for the maintenance. We are now in the process of contacting the landowner to work towards resolving this issue. Thank you for reporting this matter.
