Where fold lane jnct meets A151

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863207.

2 or more large deep holes on Fold lane that take the wheel out of your hands, the holes stretches across the road when trying to turn onto the A151, been like this for a while and holes are getting very deep now especially as more heavy vehicles use it
