Problem at other roadworks problem

Council ref: 4209689.

Company were resurfacing the FW and the cover needed replacing so Balfour Beatty replaced the drainage cover with a temporary one, they have since removed it but left it dumped on the other side of the road without taking it with them. The works took place about 3 weeks ago and it is still there
