Please carry out repairs ASAP before someone has a head on collision trying to avoid this adverse camber or ends up in the dyke. There is no street lighting and it is hard to see in the dark. It is also collecting water and creating black ice. There has been a road sign placed on the Spalding bound side when exiting weston hills, but nothing on the other side. Maybe "oncoming traffic in middle of road" would be appropriate as people keep trying to go around the damage.
