Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863422.

Road almost completely flooded, water above the curb level making it dangerous for pedestrians and road users. Water pooling and not draining away with potential for injuries to people and flooding to properties.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

  • The drains still require clearing. Water is covering 100% of the path on one side of the road and 80% on the other side. 75% of the road is also submerged meaning pedestrians cannot pass.

    This is a potential accident waiting to happen.

    Please advise a date for clearing the drains and preventative work to stop future issues.
