Manhole structure damaged during pathway resurfacing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863633.

Fault number 4209173 refers. Manhole substructure damage during prep work for resurfacing. Access hole dangerous and at risk of collapse. Sub soil is loose and falls into drains causing blockage. Manhole cover is loose and poses a risk for pedestrians and vehicles accessing homes. Urgent repair required outside 6 and 8 millview road
