Tanners Lane where it meets A151 to go towards Bourne

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863671.

At the point on the map there is a subway pipe which run's under the road (A151) it is part of a ditch that runs down the length of Tanners Lane ,Corby Glen . The pipe and the ditch are blocked and are in urgent need of clearing to prevent further flooding. This has been needed for 1or2yrs plus . I have reported this before but have heard nothing
