Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863744.
I had previously reported several potholes going up the hill on Empingham Rd from Scotgate. It seems that one has been fixed but several remain. Cars are parked on that same side so as I cycle up the hill I have go out into the oncoming traffic to avoid them.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

The road needs a large patch which will be delivered as a scheme as soon as resources permit.
