Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863937.

The bay at this location should be a shared Limited waiting bay and resident permit holder bay The sign should read Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm Resident Permit Holders 5D or 2 hours, no return within 2 hours. (see bay o/s 31 Andrews Street on Thesiger Street - same sign design required). Pole in place just timeplate required.
