Traffic lights at Sleaford station

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2863974.

Traffic light for straight on traffic not changing to green when the barriers are down. Yesterday there were 3 occasions of barriers down without traffic being able to drive from Grantham Road to Mareham lane.
