    Please see the attached photograph taken a few minutes ago. The photograph clearly shows the neglect that this drain has received since it was last cleaned sometime prior to 2017. This is not the first report of this drain's condition that I have made. Photographs on Google Earth show the deterioration of the drain. This is abysmal service.

  • Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

  • I have been told this before, I have had three previous reference numbers for this blocked drain and a similar response. My conclusion a stock response and the drain remains as it appears in the photograph posted on 3rd December.
