Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2864118.

Repeated issues with small (tiny) chippings/debris flying up from cars in front and chipping windscreen in the last month, particularly between Roughton Moor and Martin Bridge and again between Thornton and Langton Hill.
