Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2864285.
This is the second time I have reported this in the last couple of months. Last time you the drain is OK with no inspection or action taken. Drain is not OK though as the second we get any rain, it fills and overflows into my property. The other drains are not doing this, just this one so its not the amount of rain that's the issue. Drain needs attention please as capacity is clearly not sufficient for its intended purpose. Thank you

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
