Most from the drain outside No. 7. Problem frequently reported in the last couple of years but very limited attempts to effect a permanent and satisfactory solution. These photos taken at 3.30 pm on the 5th December. It hasn't rained today and the last lengthy period of rain on 3rd December only precipitated 16 mm. This problem requires urgent and competent remedial action. Am I expecting too much?
