Co-op car parking meters

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2864388.

When it is dark the parking meters have inadequate lighting for people to see the keypad or screen. The left machine had lighting on the screen, the right machine did not. The keypads had NO LIGHTING at all and I had to help 1 person input their number plate. Either get better lighting or do free parking after 4pm in the winter!
