DANGER OF DEATH or serious injury.massive pothole in centre of carriageway adjacent to deep steep sided drain .4ft long 3ft wide about 1ft deep .site of previous fatal accidents. This has been reported many times and is getting worse by the day .accompanied by several further potholes with potential to achieve the depths of this monster. IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED.
