Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2864829.
This drain was fine until workmen came out and supposedly cleaned it out. Since then it has been currently blocked and caused the road to flood the full width of the road and approx 15-20 metres in length, to calf depth. Due to the road bring a 60mph and people hitting this on a bend this caused flooding to both properties. The speed they hit the flooded water created a tsunami effect. This has still not been actioned along with the others on the road on both sides. We have had to dig a channel to the creek to reduce the amount of water hitting the flat as there is a slight increase on both sides allowing water to run to this area. To the left of the property from north Kelsey village majority of the drains are blocked which is making matters worse.
