Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2865112.

A recent 3 week road closure for footway & drainage works. Seems to me you had a gang of cowboys doing this work. Gullies / Grates have sunk upto 150mm forming a very dangerous hole in channel. My guess is lack of suitable concrete for the foundation of the gullies or maybe no concrete (cutting corners). Suggest all remedials at the expence of the cowboy contractors.
