Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2865401.

There is a large dip in the road with cracking in the tarmac, When it rains the water drains away rather than siting as a puddle. The dip has been there for several years but it is now getting deeper and the cracking has only recently appeared. (the rain water used to stay as a puddle).
