From short ferry pub to the first campsite going toward lincoln

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2865961.

Water constantly on both sides of the road running from the field. with no warning signs in place This morning at 5.30am there was sections of sheet ice, especially as vehicles are dagging the water down the road in both directions.
