The previous pothole repairs carried out last year are breaking down unfortunately. There are about 10 small potholes in this part of the road. The wear to the road surface is caused mainly by 2 buses every hour plus HGVs visiting the factory units at the rear of Welbourn Farms plus all the cars entering and exiting the village.

I took this photo yesterday. It's probably a bit difficult to see but I think the previous repair was a temporary repair owing to the very cold wet weather. The infill material has come out and there are a number of potholes covering a 9 square meter section approx. making the road surface very bumpy and problematic in wet weather as the depth of the potholes can't be assessed. The area is in the middle of the road meaning most road users have to pass over this area.
