Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'i was travelling at approx 25 mph, towards Helpringham village on station road, it was wet and misty, my cars passenger side front and rear wheel hit a pot hole, my steering became heavy and i stopped.
on inspection with a torch, my front passenger side tyre was flat and so was my rear passenger side tyre.'

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
