The drain is either blocked or not working. The water has been sitting across the road between 23 and 25, blocking access to our car park. It is also covering both pavements and is encroaching on no 23's front garden. It has been like this for over a week. I have lived here for over 30 years and this has only happened since you did some work here a couple of years ago. You or SKDC have built a pathway across the recreation space so we now have even more water running down into the Close. This was reported over a week ago and nothing has been done. I've also reported it several times over the last couple of years
