Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2866254.

It has gone from a Lagoon to a sea. Flooding the verges now and its making a mess thanks to idiots driving on the grass. The bank with the telegraph pole is slowly collapsing. Think the road needs to be closed to stop those cutting through to the Manby Rd.
