Holmewood Lane barrier posts

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2866602.

The Holmewood Lane barrier post has a missing and broken combination and keyed padlocks. The padlocks are poor quality and not coping with the wet and muddy conditions. The combination locks need replacing for better quality locks. These are used for access on a daily basis and are currently not secure from criminals. Please review the combination and keyed locks and replace the middle broken combination lock with a new long shank, strong combination lock to withstand the mud and water and be able to be easily unlocked for daily access by the yard users. Please review the large pool of water around the bollards and fill in the holes.
