Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2866645.

Road flooded. Looks like a paddling pool. Progressively getting worse. Rubber dingy required to access car park

This beauty is outside No. 49 Green hill road, I know it's been reported for 2 months now. But having witnessed the last gangs "repair" which entailed of there disc cutter not working/starting and slinging it on the back of the truck then proceeding just to fill it over with tarmac and sealing around it round the edge to make it look like a proper repair. And hearing them discuss it and it'll do... I hope the wait this time is worthwhile and repaired correctly this time.
