The whole section from the Old Diary to the Ford

There are various potholes along the length and crumbling edges, poor lighting at night makes it worse as in the carriageway. Whole of Holmes Lane needs an inspection from ford all the way to Market Rasen Road

They do not require any intervention at this time. Defects shown are considered as surface only and not considered a safety hazard.   • The photo I had used was just the one you actually actioned a year ago, the holes were filled and have since broken open again. The area has several deep potholes and with so many walkers and with it being badly lit, the road could do with re-surfacing and not just pot hole filling as it does not work with the ford water progressing the deterioration further.

    These are new pics, two holes are exceeding 40mm, right in the way of pedestrians and car tyres. An inspection is probably in order as the whole section from the ford up to the Old Dairy is in need of resurfacing or repair. I do have more pics, but it wont allow me to upload.

  • The pics I originally used were historic - you actually did repair these, even though on your messaging this time you said there was no need! The second set of pics with the lemon for scale it to show how bad they are now..and worsening, its not possible to walk on the road at night as lighting is too poor and you would turn your ankle! Please review Holmes Lane from the ford all the way around to dead end and past the church to where it joins Market Rasen Road.
