Rasen Road at bottom of Hall Drive

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2867600.

2 blocked drains at bottom of Hall Drive causing water to flood down Rasen Road. It is not draining away at present as it is freezing making it a serious accident or injury risk. It is on a blind bend to traffic which has come down Walesby Hill
