Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2867823.
2 land drains at this location are frequently blocked and are wrongly sited - rain run-off from the road serving the church and farm cottages above the location have no land drains -all road run- off flows down Church Hill and accumulates at the foot of the hill ( see pics). This situation was created in part when Lincs Highways altered the camber of the bend of the A1173,Freezing conditions make a particular hazard as this loc. is a pick-up/drop-off point for school buses. Issue present for many years
