Road edging

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2867870.

Not sure which to place this under but could a barrier or curb be placed on the edge of the road. Was driving down this road today when it was icey. The road was slippery and it was scary that there is no barrier as there are in other parts to the road where the car can skid straight inti the river. As we had a fatality afew years ago in the area where there was a barrier. Coukd we have something just in case when the road isnt gritted and icey.
