Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868075.

There's a blocked drain under the verge at the front of the properties. Water has been flowing on the road and now frozen

    Hello

    Anglian water have been out and reported the issue is not their responsibility. Likely tree roots in a pipe causing a blockage. Please advise. Kind regards

  • The overflow from the blocked drain is now making it impossible to cut / trim my hedge in front of my house (2 The Row) due to the state of the ground.
