Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2868364.

Reported several times, but still no light. Highways office told me it was on the list to be fixed in first week December, but nothing yet. Telephone conversation with Highways office 6th January to be informed that this had been chased to street lighting dept several times,but highways have not had any acknowledgement from them,
