Numerous errors on mapped house locations

Where do you get the house locations on the map as there are numerous errors! Delivery drivers are repeatedly trying to deliver parcels to the wrong houses unless they are local drivers who know the village well. Who do I need to contact to correct these obvious faults? Thank you, Stephen Heath
